I've been using the mender shampoo for a couple of years now. My hair is fuller and shiny. I recently got a haircut from a new stylist who complimented me on my thick hair. I had never been told I had thick hair and I am 58 years old! I love the ease of using the shampoo bar and how soft and clean my hair feels. I highly recommend!
